Britain's Prince William's romance with Kate Middleton is being turned into a comic book.
The book promises to be a "behind-the-curtain" look at the royal couple, whose relationship started almost eight years ago as students at St Andrews university in Scotland.
'Fame: The Royals' will be published by Bluewater Productions to co-incide with William and Kate's wedding at Westminster Abbey on April 29.
The comic - written and drawn by Pablo Martinena who has written about Bill Clinton and David Beckham - will also illustrate the duo planning their lavish nuptials.
Bluewater is also planning a collector's edition of the comic with pin up posters, special illustrations of the wedding and a comparison to William's parents Prince Charles and Princess Diana's marriage in 1981.
Bluewater president Darren Davis said: "Here you have two people trapped in a fishbowl.
"As a non-royal how do you navigate in the sudden storm of fame? As someone used to the spotlight, how do you maintain a veil of privacy?
"As Americans, we are fascinated by the British royals.
"William and Kate are the embodiment of fame and people (on both sides of the Atlantic) can't get enough of them."
The comic will be available in a standard edition for US$3.99 and a special collector's edition - released in May - for US$7.99.
It will be available in shops across the US and also online on Amazon.com.
