Twist 25 DHEA Cream Reduces Risks of Cancer

DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a prohormone - a building block for the hormones we produce.  Hormones drive how we feel, our energy level, mood, and productivity as well as immune response, vascular health, sexual function, cognitive function, mental clarity, and quality of sleep.

Research shows that declining levels of DHEA are associated with most conditions of ageing and that supplementing DHEA’s declining levels can provide a multitude of benefits - including slowing the biological symptoms of ageing, improving vascular health, reducing belly fat, improving energy, mood, sex drive, and muscle tone.

Studies by both Dr. Ray Sahelian (DHEA: A Practical Guide) and Dr. Francisco Contreras (Health in the 21st Century) show supplementing DHEA reduces risks of cancer. DHEA increases the activity of lymphocytes, which are natural killer cells that find and destroy not only viruses, but also abnormal cells that may become cancerous. In addition, T- cell function is also increased by DHEA. Scientists claim that DHEA reduces the effects of chemical carcinogens on cells. DHEA keeps chemical carcinogens from binding to DNA.

So what is the best way to supplement DHEA? Twist 25 DHEA supplement cream. Twist 25 is a transdermal  DHEA cream. Twist 25 is bioidentical DHEA that is gently absorbed into the bloodstream through the skin.

Why use a cream? Because, if DHEA is taken in pill form, it does not get absorbed into the bloodstream because it is eliminated by the liver. What does get into the bloodstream is DHEA sulfate (DHEA-S). DHEA-S cannot be converted into DHEA by the body, though DHEA can be made into DHEA-S.

The pharmaceutical grade DHEA in Twist 25 cream is absorbed into the bloodstream through the skin. This is also good because most DHEA metabolism actually happens in the skin. Furthermore, when applied directly to the skin, DHEA helps prevent both ultraviolet and chemically induced skin cancer. Twist 25 provides what the body uses and needs where it is needed.
