Kelsey Grammer plans to marry next month even though his divorce from his third wife is not yet finalised.
The former 'Frasier' star says he is keen to tie the knot with fiancee Kayte Walsh in February although estranged spouse Camille - mother of two of his children, Mason, nine, and six-year-old Jude - has yet to agree to a settlement.
Speaking about his relationship with Kayte, Kelsey said: "The kids seem to be doing OK. We've been spending quite a bit of time with them, Kayte and I. Kayte's my new girl, and we're planning to get married soon. Sometime in February."
However, Kelsey's plans could be in jeopardy as earlier this week, Camille asked a judge to deny the 55-year-old star's motion to dissolve their marital status while they continue to fight over their $120 million estate.
The former Playboy model claims Kelsey is only requesting the quick divorce "solely for the reason that he intends to remarry as soon as possible."
She added in documents submitted to the court: "I do not believe his is a sufficient reason to prejudice my rights to the community estate, especially given the large and complex nature of our estate".
Last month, Camille - who split from Kelsey last July after 14 years of marriage - reportedly rejected a $30 million divorce settlement as it didn't include alimony or child support for their two kids.
Following his split from Camille, Kelsey started dating 29-year-old Kayte but in October, tragedy struck as she miscarried their first child together.
