Adam Sandler is in talks to star in new comedy 'I Hate You Dad'.
The Hollywood funnyman is set to take on the role of a father who moves in with his son the day before his wedding and takes an instant dislike to the bride-to-be.
'Saturday Night Live' performer Andy Samberg is being lined up to take on the role of Adam's son despite being only twelve years his junior in real life.
The project - which is being produced by Adam's Happy Madison production company for Columbia Pictures - is currently in development and doesn't have a director attached.
Adam's next movie 'Just Go With It' co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman and he has a number of movies in development including 'Zookeeper' and 'Jack and Jill', which will see the actor play a twin brother and sister.
Andy has previously taken on supporting roles in 'Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist' and 'I Love You, Man' and will next be seen on the big screen in 'Friends with Benefits' with Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis.
