BRITs performers announced

Cee Lo Green and Adele have been confirmed to perform at the BRIT Awards.

The full list of stars who will sing at the annual ceremony has been revealed, including US soul singer Cee Lo, 'Rolling In The Deep' hitmaker Adele, US indie group Arcade Fire, and folk band Mumford And Sons.

They join Take That, Tinie Tempah, Plan B and Rihanna, who have already been confirmed to appear when they awards are handed out on February 15 at London's The O2 venue.

All of the performers aside from Adele - who did not release any new material during the qualifying period for the 2011 awards - are up for trophies, with rapper Tinie leading nominations, with nods in four categories.

The 'Pass Out' rapper recently recorded a video message to thank fans for his nominations, which were announced last week.

He said: "What's going on world? Its Tinie Tempah here, and I personally wanted to stop by to share the excitement with you regarding the four BRIT nominations I received the other day - totally insane.

"I just want to thank you guys so much for all the support over the last couple of months, it's absolutely insane and without you none of this would be possible."

Mumford And Sons and PlanB are both up for three awards, including Mastercard British Album - the biggest award of the night - while Cee Lo and Rihanna are nominated in the International Male and International female categories respectively.

Cee Lo's album, 'The Lady Killer' also picks up a nomination in the International Album category.
