Penis-enlarger user sues

A man in Canada who claims a penis enlarger did not work on him is taking the manufacturer to court.

The bodybuilder, who is known only as Charles, is suing Montreal-based HotGVibe claiming the X4 Extender Deluxe Edition penis enlarger did not live up to its promise.

He said: "As I am a bodybuilder, my body grew and I wanted the rest to follow."

Charles used the device for a total of 500 hours before giving up, and is suing for the price of the device plus extra for moral and punitive damages.
