Bruno Mars' UK move?

Bruno Mars is planning to buy a house in the UK.

The singer scored his second UK number one single on Sunday (16.01.11) with his song 'Grenade' and said he likes the nation so much he wants to buy a house there.

He said: "It's such a special place for me, I just love it in the UK. I think the people are great. It's just this is where it's at for me. I'm getting a house over here; I know it. That's the next investment."

The production team that Bruno is a member of, The Smeezingtons, were also named the most successful of the year in 2010 in the UK, after research by Music Week magazine.

The US team, which also features Ari Levine and Philip Lawrence, penned chart hits including 'Grenade', Bruno's first single 'Just The Way You Are', Cee Lo Green's 'F**k You', 'Nothin' On You' by B.o.B and 'Billionaire' by Travie McCoy.

The second most successful producers were Norwegian production duo Stargate, who wrote Katy Perry's 'Firework' and Rihanna's 'Only Girl (In The World)'.
