A U.S. missile strike in north-west Pakistan has killed at least 11 suspected Taliban militants.
The attack in North Waziristan near the Afghan border was carried out by a U.S. drone and destroyed a house where the militants were said to be staying.
According to reports, the militants had been loyal to Taliban commander Hafiz Gul Bahadur, a man suspected of orchestrating and carrying out several attacks on U.S. troops inside Afghanistan.
The U.S. has not confirmed the attack but missile strikes along the Pakistani-Afghan border have been a frequent occurrence.
