Viktor and Rolf say it was an "honour" to dress Natalie Portman for the Golden Globes.
The 'Black Swan' actress - who is pregnant with her first child - looked stunning in a loose-fitting strapless pale pink creation by the design duo and they admit it was a dream come true to work with her.
They said: "For the Golden Globes, we've had the honour to design for Natalie a symbolic couture gown. After seeing her performance in 'Black Swan', we were deeply moved and inspired by her range as an actress.
"She is the embodiment of a powerful woman: as talented as she is stunning."
Although she is pregnant, Natalie, 29, was keen to still look stylish, which she did.
She said: "I still want to wear something beautiful."
Natalie - who won the Golden Globe for Best Actress - has revealed she fell in love with her pale pink Viktor and Rolf gown as soon as she saw it.
She said: "It was one of the only ones I tried on. It was so beautiful, we realised nothing else would compare."
