AP Top 25 College Football Scores: #9 Boise State Broncos Crush Utah State Aggies in WAC Play to Stay Perfect

Kellen Moore was 27/36 passing for 362 yards and a pair of touchdowns, Jeremy Childs had 135 yards receiving and two TDs and the Boise State Broncos (9-0, 5-0) rolled up 563 yards of total offense to crush the Utah State Aggies (2-8, 2-4) 49-14 in WAC action on Saturday.

Boise State found the endzone in various forms in the first half as Moore tossed a 7-yard touchdown to Austin Pettis, Ellis Powers recovered a fumble and went 4-yards for a score, Ian Johnson pounded it into the endzone from a yard out and Tanyon Bissell hit Childs on a 57-yard TD as the Broncos built a 28-0 lead.

Utah State cut the Broncos lead to 28-14 early in the third quarter after Sean Setzer found Robert Turbin on a 29-yard touchdown pass but Vinny Perretta hit Childs on a 17-yard TD and then Moore found Perretta on a 38-yard score with 16 seconds left in the third frame for a 42-14 lead.

The Broncos tacked on another touchdown in the fourth quarter when Mike Coughlin hit Pettis on a 5-yard toss.

Boise State will face Idaho next week while Utah State takes on Louisiana Tech.
