Flatulent British man stabs partygoers

A British man stabbed four people at a party because they mocked his flatulence.

Marc Higgins was at a bash in Bristol, South West England, on Saturday night (15.01.11) which, according to newly released court documents, he decided to leave and then return with three knives and began attacking people indiscriminately.

In the documents it states the 21 year old told police he became enraged after fellow revellers ridiculed his bad wind and decided he was going to teach them a lesson.

One victim, 21-year-old Matthew Walton, died of his injuries, while the other three victims suffered injuries.

Higgins appeared in court on Tuesday (18.01.11) and was charged with murder, assault and carrying a dangerous weapon, and is being held in custody.
