The test that we ran was just for Internet surfing, it did not include: making phone calls and using multiple apps at once.
Here’s how conducted our battery test:
1. First, we download My Settings and Advanced Task Killer, two free apps that we found was handy for this test that we were doing.
2. Then, we open My Settings, and did the following:
3. We set the screen brightness to 40%, and turn off auto brightness.
4. We turn off our: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS location, cell location, and auto sync.
5. We also deactivated the screen so it won't timeout.
6. We switched off the the Flash support and plug-ins in the Web browser,.
7. We made sure we were in an area that was getting at least 4 bars of service.
