Altria Group, Inc. (NYSE:MO) ended at $23.99. Altria Group, Inc. is a holding company. As of December 31, 2009, Altria Group, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiaries included Philip Morris USA Inc. (PM USA), which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of cigarettes and certain smokeless products in the United States; UST LLC (UST), which through its subsidiaries is engaged in the manufacture and sale of smokeless products and wine, and John Middleton Co. (Middleton), which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of machine-made large cigars and pipe tobacco.

Philip Morris International Inc. (NYSE:PM) closed at $56.59. Philip Morris International Inc. is engaged in the manufacture and sale of cigarettes and other tobacco products through its subsidiaries and affiliates. The Company’s products are sold in approximately 160 countries. PMI’s portfolio comprises both international and local brands.

Vector Group Ltd. (NYSE:VGR) ended at $15.88. Vector Group Ltd. is a holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of cigarettes in the United States through its Liggett Group LLC (Liggett) and Vector Tobacco Inc., research relating to reduced risk cigarette products through its Vector Tobacco Inc., and the real estate business through its New Valley LLC, which is seeking to acquire additional operating companies and real estate properties.

Lorillard Inc. (NYSE:LO) closed at $74.95. Lorillard, Inc. is a manufacturer of cigarettes in the United States. Newport is the Company’s menthol flavored premium cigarette brand. As of December 31, 2009, the Newport brand accounted for approximately 91.5% of the Company’s sales revenue.
