Gordon Murray T.27 electric car was crash tested and this electric car passed the test with flying colors. The T.27 electric car has been crash tested for high speed impact and its interiors did not sustain any damage. The T.27 electric car will revolutionize automobile engineering should it be released in the spring of 2011 like planned. This car may not necessarily help out the environment because when the owner is charging the battery at night, that electricity is created by the burning of coal. The good thing is that America is loaded with coal so rather than spend money on gasoline when that money is mainly sent overseas, when purchasing coal, that revenue remains here in America.

Gordon Murray is the legendary Mclaren F1 road car designer, the car that is still regarded the world’s best supercar. Gordon Murray’s new electric car design is a great invention for the new age where fuel costs are rising continuously. The T.27 electric car uses the new iStream technology. The T.27 electric car is a joint project between Zytec Automotive Ltd and Gordon Murray Design and they plan to roll out running prototypes this spring.
