Two Dead Following Argument about Alabama-LSU Football Game

Two LSU Tigers football fans were killed on Saturday night after just moments after their team was knocked off by their SEC rival Alabama Crimson Tide in overtime.

According to police in Owassa, Alabama Dennis Smith, a fan of LSU, called Michael Williams, an Alabama fan, following the end of the game and the two got into an argument. Smith, accompanied by his wife Donna Smith, then went to Williams’ home.

Investigators said Smith was carrying a pistol but Williams was waiting with a shotgun and killed the two. Williams was arrested and charged with two counts of murder.
