Biggest Percentage Losers

MannKind Corporation (NASDAQ:MNKD) slumped 41.27% to $5.35. The stock has a 52-week range of $4.76-$11.08.

The company announced that it has received a complete response letter from the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regarding the New Drug Application (NDA) for AFREZZA (insulin human [rDNA origin]) Inhalation Powder for the treatment of adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes for the control of hyperglycemia.

Seagate Technology PLC (NASDAQ:STX) dropped 6.51% to $13.21. The hard-disk-drive maker posted fiscal second-quarter adjusted earnings of 33 cents a share on revenue of $2.72 billion, down from $3.03 billion in the year-ago period. Analysts had expected earnings of 33 cents a share on revenue of $2.73 billion, according to a consensus survey by Thomson Reuters.

The stock opened at $13.44 and is trading within the range of $13.19-$13.55.

F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:FFIV) plunged 23.09% to $106.74. For the January-March quarter, Seattle-based F5 Networks forecast revenue of $275-$280 million, below Wall Street's consensus of $280.7 million.

The company, which counts AT&T as its customer, expects earnings of 84-86 cents a share, excluding items, for the period. Analysts are expecting 85 cents a share, according to Thomson Reuters.
