Pros: highly customizable
mobile hot-spot
handsfree voice dialing, voice texting (even reads incoming texts to you), searching, etc
highly accurate turn-by-turn navigation
easily sync calender and contacts with google and facebook
sturdy, attractive design

Cons: atrocious battery life
complex settings that take a long time to learn
grainy contact pictures
a little "buggy" sometimes
4g coverage a little spotty sometimes
video chat useless

Summary: I have had this phone for a couple of months now. It is an incredible fast, high performing phone. It is a great phone for people who love to customize until the cows come home.
