Keith Olbermann Leaves MSNBC

Keith Olbermann’s departure from the Countdown and the MSNBC network has been quite surprising to most people, and neither he nor the network is saying much about it. Keith Olbermann’s promos were still running after he had signed off and hence it is known that the announcement of his departure was very sudden. The reason for this quick strike could be for any number of reasons. Perhaps he was tired of being on a network that is being soundly defeated by Fox News and now that Fox Business is tearing it up, it was too much for Olbermann to take.

Speculations on MSNBC firing Keith Olbermann

There are several speculations regarding the reason for Keith Olbermann’s departure especially since he has been silent over his Twitter profile and also since he just slid away quietly with a cursory “good night” to the audiences. Some network sources have said that there were clashes between Olbermann and his boss for quite some time now.

Another Driver

Not many people know that Olbermann suffers from restless legs syndrome and celiac disease. Olbermann also has an upset equilibrium due to a head injury and hence he does not drive by himself. It is necessary for people who are impaired in some way or another to stay off the roads so that they do not cause an accident.

Socially Responsible

DUI lawyers handle cases that involve people who have been in an accident. They normally defend the perpetrator since the perpetrator is being prosecuted by the city or county’s D.A. office.   DUI lawyers can represent the driver or the victim in accident cases though that is caused due to someone driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Most likely they would be defending the accused though. It does not seem that Olbermann will need a DUI lawyer since he seems to be pretty responsible.
