Cecil R. Conner Jr. who has been charged with a DUI is bent on proving that he is innocent though he killed a child. This may be a tough sell unless the child just ran out in front of him. DUI charges cannot be avoided or ignored and the mildest punishment can include treatment at a rehabilitation center. But, many times, nowadays, offenders face harsher punishments.
No Sympathy
