Stacey Solomon and Shaun Ryder are to open tonight's (26.01.11) National Television Awards.
The duo - who were crowned king and queen of the jungle on last year's 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!' - are to take to the stage at London's O2 Arena to perform a duet of Happy Mondays hit 'Step On', which Shaun first had a number five hit with in 1990.
Featuring the quirky lyric, "You're twisting my melon, man", Shaun - who was famously banned from Channel 4 after swearing live on TV - has promised the pair will showcase a whole host of "aerobic dance moves".
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "They must be seen to be believed. It's like beauty and the beast. It won't be your typical Shaun performance. He's got a nice suit on and has choreographed the moves."
Shaun has made no secret of his desire to record a track alongside Stacey - who finished in third place on 'The X Factor' in 2009 - describing the 21-year-old star as "phenomenal".
He recently said: "Stacey is brilliant, I am a big fan. That girl is phenomenal. She thinks she'll end up back at Starbucks. She can't see that she has a career ahead of her and that she is beautiful."
