50 Cent's all star 'Black Magic' producers

50 Cent has worked with Dr. Dre and Swizz Beatz on his new album.

The US rapper revealed he's been working with some of the hottest US producers for his new record including hip-hop Legend Dre, Boi-1da - who has worked extensively with Drake - and Alex Da Kid, who produced Eminem's huge hit 'Love The Way You Lie' and Dirty Money's 'Coming Home'.

The announcement comes shortly after 50 said he'd dropped plans for a rock and dance influenced sound on the new record - which will still be called 'Black Magic' - for a more traditional rap album.

About the release of his next single, 50 told MTV News: "Fans should look forward to the actual album this summer, so I have to release something soon."

The 'OK, You're Right' hitmaker - who has recently been focused on acting - also reassured fans he is now fully focused on his music.

He added: "At some point you have to make the decision to just be an artist and work because you enjoy the music and you think it's a good idea."

Meanwhile, fellow rapper Snoop Dogg has made a video appeal to Lady Gaga, asking her to make a track with him.

He said: "Attention, this is an APB all-points bulletin out for Lady Gaga. Big Snoop Dogg is lookin' for you, trying to do a song with you. It's a real nice freaky deaky kind of song. Get at me (sic)."
