Nail polish to honour Kate Middleton

A new nail polish has been inspired by Kate Middleton.

British nail care company Butter London have announced plans for a new shade, cheekily called 'No more Waity, Katie' in reference to the almost eight year courtship between Kate and Prince William before they finally announced their engagement last year.

The limited edition sparkly mauve lacquer comes with the tongue-in-cheek tagline 'One day my prince will come and I will wrap him around my tiny, sparkling finger'.

Butter London's creative director Nonie Crème has promised the nail polish will be "glitter-infused" to provide some extra sparkle for wannabe princesses.

This is not the first time Kate, 29, - who has previously worked for fashion retailer Jigsaw as a junior accessories buyer - has inspired fashion choices.

The £385 Issa London sapphire dress Kate wore when she and William announced their engagement sold out quickly while high street brand Reiss have re-launched the white Nanette dress she wore in her official engagement photographs after receiving a great deal of interest from the public.

David Reiss, founder and managing director of Reiss, said: "We have received a tremendous response both in calls and online, and the Nannette will be available this week.

"We have created a web page for customers to register interest in the Nannette dress, and be alerted when it becomes available, and have been inundated with requests."
