Pregnant Man Thomas Beatie Expecting Second Child

Barbara Walters has revealed that the controversial “pregnant man” Thomas Beatie is expecting his second child. Walters was promoting her special ‘What is a Man, What it a Woman? Journey of a Pregnant Man’ on The View Thursday when she talked about her interview with Beatie.

“I looked at him and I said, ‘Are you pregnant again?’” she said. “The baby will be born in June. I’m speechless.”

Earlier this year, Beatie made headlines after he announced his pregnancy. Beatie was born a woman but had reassignment surgery to appear as a man outwardly, but he never surgically altered his reproductive organs. He got pregnant through artificial insemination and welcomed his first child, a daughter named Susan, with wife Nancy in June.

Beatie now tells Walters that he is pregnant with a second child and is due in June.
