Nicole Kidman was sent a hamper of designer baby goods by her adopted children to celebrate the birth of her new daughter.
The 'Rabbit Hole' actress' second child with husband Keith Urban, Faith Margaret, was born on December 28 2010 via a gestational carrier leaving them "on cloud nine".
And Nicole was reduced to tears when her adopted kids Isabella, 18, and 16-year-old Connor - who have lived with Nicole's ex-husband Tom Cruise since the couple divorced in 2001 - sent her the gift box to welcome the new arrival of their sibling.
A source told Closer magazine: "Nicole was over the moon as it was, but to receive this recognition from Bella and Connor was the icing on the cake. She said she shed a few tears at the gesture, and that suddenly it seems as though everything is complete."
Nicole - who also has two-year-old daughter Sunday Rose with Keith - was also surprised at just how thoughtful the contents of the gift box were.
A source added: "Nicole's favourite cupcakes were wrapped in tissue paper, there was a mobile from Pottery Barn, plus a voucher for girl's toys and clothes shop American Girl Place written out to Sunday. It was so thoughtful."
