Willow Creek Enterprises Inc. (WLOCD.OB) Opens Talks with MinQuest, Intent on Acquiring or Joint Venturing Gold, Silver and Copper Projects

QualityStocks would like to highlight Willow Creek Enterprises (OTCBB: WLOCD), a gold, silver, and base metal exploration company with the purpose of evaluating, developing, and acquiring gold projects of merit with a focus on the United States, Canada, and Mexico. At present, Willow Creek is focused on the exploration and development of its Hercules and Dolly Varden Projects, both in Nevada, USA.

In the company’s news yesterday,

Willow Creek reported opening of talks with MinQuest Inc. aimed at the potential acquisition and/or joint venturing of new resource projects.

The company is focusing on gold, silver and copper at a time when these markets are moving unprecedented numbers and the future trend is white-hot.

Engaged in acquisition, maintenance and evaluation of mineral properties, MinQuest, with 35 properties in Arizona and Nevada, is focused on precious/base metal assets with solid resource indicators and the capacity for improved output.

As many as three acquisition/joint venture opportunities have been delineated via these initial discussions and WLOCD is buzzing over the potential this relationship with MinQuest represents, as an almost instinctive unity of purpose exists between both companies.

Surely this combination of forces will lead to exciting times ahead for the Company and its shareholders, who look forward to participating in the benefits this vital partnership will potentially produce, as WLOCD advances towards its goal of becoming a leading gold and silver producer.

President of WLOCD, Terry Fields, explained that the targeted acquisitions would yield “provable assets and substantial revenues”, demonstrably validated by increasing shareholder value as exploration begins.

Fields emphasized the Corporate Mandate to become a producing resource company and hailed these talks as a major step in the right direction, eagerly anticipating signage of a definitive agreement, due diligence and all requisite compliances.

The company intends to provide an update upon entry into a formal agreement as legal/technical due diligence is resolved additional data will also be forthcoming.

Although no assurances as to the conditions of the transaction as proposed can be made as yet, both parties are in agreement to expedite matters accordingly and MinQuest is in a perfect position to extend its own reach via the proposed deals.

This will spell an even greater footprint for WLOCD, which has shown incredible potential, with recent work at its Hercules and Dolly Varden Projects in Nevada, the Dolly Varden in particular recently seeing a great deal of geological surveying activity in anticipation of permitting completion.
