Car Bomb Outside Auto Dealership in Northern Iraq Kills 10, Leaves 20 Injured

A car bomb exploded just outside an auto dealership in the northern Iraqi city of Tal Afar has killed at least 10 people and left another 20 injured.

While the U.S. military has called the attack a suicide bombing Iraqi authorities have said the vehicle had been parked and detonated.

Tal Afar sits just outside Mosul in the Nineveh province. The area has seen a rise in violence from al-Qaeda and Sunni insurgents.
