Dominic Cork voted of Dancing On Ice

Dominic Cork became the sixth celebrity to be voted off 'Dancing On Ice' last night (30.01.11).

The England cricketer- who was partnered alongside professional skater Alexandra Schauman - lost out to TV presenter Jeff Brazier in a cruel twist in the ITV1 show when the pair's fellow celebrities were forced to choose between them after both found themselves in the bottom two.

Dominic received three supporting votes from his fellow celebrities compared to six for Jeff and skating partner Isabelle Gauthier during the 'Ice Pick'. The 39-year-old former batsman was quick to praise his professional partner and revealed he had enjoyed his time on the show.

He said: "I have loved the show and one reason is because of this lady here, Alexandra Schauman, she is a top professional. I hope she's back here because whoever gets her is a lucky man... I have loved it."

Kerry Katona and Denise Welch managed to escape the skate-off despite receiving the lowest scores of the night from judges Emma Bunton, Jason Gardiner and Robin Cousins.

Despite Vanilla Ice's - real name Rob Van Winkle - confidence being affected by an eye injury during the week, he was widely praised by the judges and received a score of 16.

Meanwhile 'EastEnders' star Sam Attwater and Brianne Delcourt topped the leader board with a total of 25 but were left embarrassed when host Phillip Schofield asked if they were dating.
