NFL Scores Week 11: Miami Dolphins Edge Oakland Raiders for Fourth Straight Win

Chad Pennington threw for 174 yards, Ted Ginn Jr. collected 93 yards rushing and receiving and scored a TD and Dan Carpenter booted the game-winning field goal with 38 seconds left on the clock as the Miami Dolphins (6-4) edged the Oakland Raiders (2-8) 17-15 on Sunday for their fourth straight win.

Ginn Jr. gave the Dolphins a 7-0 lead in the first quarter when he took a direct snap 40 yards for a touchdown but Oakland managed to put three-points on the board after Sebastian Janikowski connected from 21-yards out in the second quarter and the score was 7-3 at the break.

The Raiders climbed to within 7-5 after sacking Pennington in the endzone but Patrick Cobbs gave the Dolphins some breathing room when he scored from 10-yards out to push the advantage to 14-5.

Janikowski split the uprights from 37-yards out in the fourth to get the Raiders to within 14-8 and Oakland grabbed the lead 15-14 with 4:30 left on the clock when Johnnie Lee Higgins took a punt 93-yards for a touchdown.

With one final drive the Dolphins managed to get within shot for Carpenter and his 38-yarder gave Miami the come-from-behind win.
