In the aftermath of her appeal, the case has now been assigned a new judge. Madison County Circuit Judge William Mudge will now preside over the case. The case that seems to not want to go away is upon us.
Hopefully Good Prevails
Buckles has also alleged that her attorney in the mesothelioma case from the law firm as well as later attorney John Simmons deliberately messed up the settlement procedure.
