Katie Price is being considered for a judging role on 'The X Factor'.
The former glamour model - also known as Jordan - is being lined up for the ITV1 talent show by music mogul Simon Cowell, who sees the mother-of-three as an ideal replacement for him after he quits the programme to concentrate on the US version.
He is quoted as saying: "Do I want Jordan as a judge on 'The X Factor' panel? Yeah, that could work. Why not? I like her as a person. In fact I'd even go as far as to say she's my woman of the decade."
If successful, Katie would join Louis Walsh, Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole on the show and Simon's ex-girlfriend and show mentor Sinitta thinks she will be a great choice.
She said: "Having Jordan on the panel would make interesting viewing, so I can definitely see it working. She can do anything she puts her mind to. She's got the personality that would fit the role perfectly. Simon really likes her as well. There's no denying they get along."
However, Katie - who recently split from second husband Alex Reid - faces competition from Robbie Williams as the Take That star is also being lined up to replace Simon.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Robbie is a huge name so would naturally be a massive ratings hit. Not only that, he is also straight-talking and comical. We all understand that right now America is where Simon's focus has to be. There aren't many people that can fill his shoes, but Robbie just might be able to do it."
