Jason Gardiner thinks Jeff Brazier should have skated off

'Dancing On Ice' judge Jason Gardiner thinks Jeff Brazier should have been voted off the show on Sunday (31.01.11).

On last weekend's show, the celebrities were forced to choose between the celebrities who came bottom of the public vote, and the outspoken panellist thinks the contestants should have opted for the popular presenter to go rather than cricketer Dominic Cork in order ot improve their own chances of staying.

Jason told The Sun newspaper: "As far as I'm concerned as a judge, the right person left out of those two.

"But tactically I would have said, 'Who's more of a threat?'. Jeff is, in terms of popularity, and he has more potential to improve. But they voted with their hearts and not with their heads."

Despite admitting he would love to smack Jason for calling him "gangly" and saying he was "not improving", Dominic has conceded the correct choice was made.

Asked if he felt the decision was right, Dominic said: "I think so yes. Because if I'm honest, yes, I would have probably gone because Jeff is probably a stronger skater at the moment.

"It was tough by everybody, you could see the emotion, the raw emotion, and in a way we just felt like we got the easy option because we didn't have to choose."
