The 2011 Academy Country Music Awards will air live on the 3rd of April from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. It will be aired on CBS. In preparation of the event, nominees have been announced at The Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum in Nashville. It seems this event is growing in stature every year.
Underwood’s Golden Voice & Good Heart
Miranda Lambert and Ronnie Dunn proudly announced Carrie Underwood as a nominee for the ACM award for Top Female Vocalist of the Year. Carrie Underwood has taken the country music genre by storm. She is best known for songs that strike a chord in everyone’s hearts. What many don’t know is that many of her songs are dedicated to and derived from real life incidents. When a tractor truck driver died in an accident, she dedicated a song to him. If the reason of the accident was known, an accident attorney could have been hired to ensure that justice was meted out on behalf of the driver’s family.
Good for Her
Her song Temporary Home talks about moving on from this life to another without any fear as one needs to realize that this world is just a temporary home. Accident lawyers see many such cases throughout the year. Semi tractor truck accidents almost always cause casualties because of their girth and power. Underwood’s song and dedication pays cognizance to her good heart and trust in God, she has wonderful song writers.
Recognition in One Form or Another
While an accident attorney could have brought relief to the driver’s family through monetary compensation, Underwood honored them with empathy. It is hoped that this former American Idol winner goes on to win this award as well.
