Zsa Zsa Gabor has been rushed to hospital.
The 93-year-old screen legend - who had part of her right leg amputated last month after gangrene set in - has been taken by ambulance to Los Angeles' UCLA Medical Centre after she started violently spitting up blood.
Zsa Zsa's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt told gossip website TMZ: "There was lots of blood coming from her mouth. I'm worried."
While no further details of the stage star's health are known as of yet, this marks the second time Zsa Zsa has been hospitalised in 2011 alone.
The actress - who has been married seven times - has been in and out of hospital since suffering from two blood clots following hip surgery last July, and was even read her last rites by a priest in November.
Just last month, Zsa Zsa was admitted to the UCLA Medical Centre after doctors became concerned she may lose her life if the limb wasn't amputated.
While the operation was considered a success, the star has been receiving round-the-clock care by a dedicated team of specialists ever since being allowed to return to her Los Angeles estate on January 22.
Her representative John Blanchette said at the time: "She has been feisty, yelling at nurses and her husband. Everything is back to normal."
