Justin Lee Collins has split from his wife of seven years.
The TV host separated from spouse Karen - with whom he has two children, Archie, five, and three-year-old Harvey - at the end of last year and he is currently enjoying a sunshine break in Florida with his new girlfriend.
A source told the Daily Mail newspaper: "Justin and Karen have separated and he does not want to talk any further about it or go into any more details."
Three years ago the 36-year-old funnyman - who had been with Karen for 15 years - was forced to deny rumours he had cheated on his wife with old friend Ann Finan.
He said: "Every marriage is different. My wife and I have been together for 12 years. Our marriage works and we are totally OK."
In 2009, Justin signed a 'golden handcuffs' deal with Channel Five after co-hosting 'The Friday Night Project' with Alan Carr on rival network Channel 4.
His latest show, 'Turning Japanese', sees him explore alternative Japanese culture, including being served drinks by a monkey and fondling a life-size doll.
