"Structure Your Startup: How to Form and Structure Your Company" will be hosted by Jackson DeMarco Tidus and Peckenpaugh on February 3, 2011, from 7:30 to 10 am.
Choosing a structure for a company is often a confusing and difficult process. Many factors come into play when choosing an organizational structure, with both obvious and subtle short-term and long-term effects. While most choices are not irrevocable, it is in entrepreneur’s best interest to make a well-informed decision early.
