What Lights Your Fire?

Marketing mad man and List Building Guru Telllman Knudson is at it again. He wants to know what lights you up.  He is putting the call out for all Hot sauce lovers to send in  reviews of their favorite Hot Sauces. The CEO and founder of Overcome Everything Inc.  has created a wiki  “to provide a place to talk about what we love most in this world…HOT SAUCE.” He is hoping for outlandish reviews of the hot sauces we love and hate.  

   There is a large subculture of individuals who are fanatical about hot sauce and Knudson hopes they will get on board and share their tastes.  “This is about a community representing, and it is also about the gathering of a unique group of individuals who like to live on the extreme side of life.”   

   Hot sauce culture is nothing if not unique.  With brands like Mad Dog Inferno, Satans Blood Chili and Ass Reaper, there can be little doubt that hot sauce fanatics exist like culinary outlaws on the fringes of society. Still, within the culture there is a high regard for taste, quality and hotness and there are even hot sauce artisans.   Blair’s 2004 Halloween Reserve for example  is priced at $945 per bottle and can not be purchased until one reads and agrees to the disclamer.  This is Hot stuff, but also a very high quality product. Knudson himself  bosts a collection of over two hundred different sauces and he used to have a artisanal  salsa company before venturing into internet marketing and making his fortune through list building.
