Jourdan Dunn becomes face of Burberry

Jourdan Dunn has been named as the new face of Burberry.

The 20-year-old model has been shot in a new campaign for the British fashion house by legendary photographer Mario Testino, one of her first jobs since taking a break to concentrate on motherhood, after having son Riley in December 2009.

The British beauty is pictured posing on Brighton beach in southern England wearing the brand's Biker and Metallics designs, accompanied by male model Sacha M'Baye.

Chief Creative Officer of Burberry, Christopher Bailey, said: "We wanted to create a dynamic campaign that reflects the diversity of our broad global consumer, revealing new British cast members each month, all with their own identity, embodying the different attitudes of the Burberry guy and girl.

"We shot on Brighton beach to celebrate the great British outdoors and our history of supporting emerging talent and to bring to life the emotion behind protection from the elements."

The shots are part of a dynamic campaign for Spring/Summer 2011 where new British cast members - always couples - are revealed every month, as well as showcasing new Burberry products.

The Burberry campaign is not the first work Jourdan has completed since her pregnancy, having appeared in a solo beauty ad for Yves Saint Laurent shot by Terry Richardson last month.
