Predatory Drugs Used For Sexual Assaults

Be Aware of These Predatory Drugs and Their Characteristics

"Predatory Drugs" is a term used to identify drugs that can be used to facilitate sexual assault. In the late 1990s, law enforcement noticed a new, disturbing trend of rape cases that involved the drugging of victims with chemicals such as rohypnol, GHB, and ketamine.

"These drugs are very dangerous, but unfortunately too many young people take them because a friend asked them to," comments Mary Rieser, Executive Director for Narconon Drug Rehab Georgia. "All too often these same drugs are used to commit sexual assaults. Teach your children about these drugs so they won't become the victim of assault. A young life could be needlessly shattered by not knowing the effects of these drugs. Teach them these facts. If they get addicted, find an affordable drug rehab fast."
