Under this plan, the shareholders of the Company will receive CAD14.00 in cash and one common share in a new Company (Pilot Gold).

The stock moved up 40.82% to $2.22 after the Company said that the healthcare business of Philips Electronics acquired the rights to develop and market its technology in the non-robotic vascular, endoluminal and orthopedic fields for an upfront payment of $29 million.
Netlist Inc (NASDAQ:NLST) jumped up 26.39% to $2.73 after the Company achieved independent industry functional certification from Computer Memory Test Labs for its HyperCloud memory module.
Superconductor Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:SCON) climbed up 11.26% to $3.26. The Company has successfully produced second generation (2G) HTS wire samples that meet requirements specified by customers for HTS AC power cable.
