Jennifer Metcalfe is devastated to have left 'Dancing On Ice' because she misses her skating partner boyfriend.
The 'Hollyoaks' actress - who was voted off the ITV1 show on Sunday night (06.02.11) - is finding it hard not spending 24 hours a day with hunky French skater Sylvain Longchambon after first falling for him during rehearsals in October, but is determined to make their relationship last.
She said: "I'll just miss having him in my pocket all the time. I'm a right bunny boiler weirdo. I won't let him go. I'm like, 'No, now you're stuck with me'. There's a connection between us."
The 27-year-old star - who plays mouthy Mercedes McQueen in the Channel 4 soap - is now so desperate to spend more time with Sylvain she has even begged 'Hollyoaks' bosses to give her time off to take part in the 'Dancing On Ice' live tour.
She added to The Sun newspaper: "I'd love to do the tour more than anything. Hopefully they'll find a way. I am going to beg them."
On Sunday night, Jennifer wept as the three judges - Emma Bunton, Robin Cousins and Jason Gardiner - agreed unanimously to save Vanilla Ice following the show's skate-off.
She said: "I can't really speak. I just wanted to get further for him. He's put so much time into me. I've enjoyed every bit of it."
