Drugs man's police mistake

A man in the US was arrested after ringing the police to ask advice about the marijuana he was growing.

Robert Michelson, from Connecticut, called 911 and inquired about how much trouble he might get in for growing the illegal drug.

During the conversation he said:"I was just growing some marijuana and I was just wondering what, how much, you know, trouble you can get into for one plant."

When asked if he really was already carrying out the crime the 21-year-old answered: "possibly".

Robert was arrested and released on bail after police traced the call back to his home where they found a small amount of drugs.
