AP Top 25 College Football Scores: Ole Miss Heads into Baton Rouge and Knocks Off #18 LSU Tigers in SEC Upset

Jevan Snead was 16/25 passing for 274 yards and a pair of touchdowns, Mike Wallace had 119 yards receiving and two TDs and the Mississippi Rebels (7-4, 4-3) defense held the #18 LSU Tigers (7-4, 3-4) to just 36 yards rushing and 214 yards of total offense in a 31-13 victory on Saturday, their fourth straight win.

Snead gave the Rebels a 7-0 lead in the first quarter when he hit Wallace on a 34-yard touchdown pass and after Colt David kicked a 46-yard field goal to pull the Tigers to within 7-3 the Rebels rattled off another two TDs as Brandon Bolden scored on a 3-yard run and Snead and Wallace hooked up once more on a 25-yard toss for a 21-3 advantage. LSU managed to cut their deficit to 21-10 just before the half as Terrance Toliver scored on a 9-yard touchdown pass from Jordan Jefferson.

The Tigers clawed to within 21-13 in the third after David kicked his second field goal of the game but Markeith Summers answered for the Rebels with a 13-yard touchdown run to open up a 15-point lead and the Tigers offense had no more answers.
