Kelsey Grammer will divorce today

Kelsey Grammer's divorce will be finalised today (10.02.11).

The former 'Frasier' star and ex-Playboy model Camille Grammer have agreed on all the prerequisites for their split to be legalised and a judge at a Los Angeles court will now issue them a divorce decree.

It means Kelsey, 55, is now free to go ahead with his plans to marry 29-year-old fiancee Kayte Walsh later this month.

On Monday (07.02.11), representatives for Kelsey and Camille appeared on court and were told the 13-year marriage could only be dissolved once they had agreed a settlement.

At a hearing last month, Camille - who has argued Kelsey only wanted to divorce so he can wed current partner Kayte - asked for proceedings to be delayed and though Judge Maren E. Nelson agreed to postpone her decision until Monday, although she said at the time she would be inclined to grant the actor's request.

In December, Camille - mother of two of Kelsey's children, Mason, nine, and six-year-old Jude - reportedly rejected a $30 million settlement as it didn't include alimony or child support for their kids.

Following his split from Camille last July, Kelsey - whose marriage to the 'Real Housewives' star was his third - started dating 29-year-old Kayte but in October tragedy struck as she miscarried their first child together.

The actor had repeatedly stated his desire to marry his new partner this month and the pair are even believed to have sent out wedding invitations.
