Theresa McQueen's lift shaft horror

Hollyoaks' Theresa McQueen could end up falling down a lift shaft as part of tonight's (10.02.11) dramatic episode.

The murdering man-eater - who killed her cousin's husband Calvin Valentine (Ricky Whittle), before framing ex-boyfriend Kyle Ryder (Neil Toon) for the crime - will wind up in a derelict building with Kyle, bad boy Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) and her police officer love interest Ethan Scott (Craig Vye) with potentially disastrous consequences.

Jorgie Porter - who plays the blonde bombshell in the Channel 4 soap - exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Theresa gets taken to a derelict building. No-one is there for miles around and there's an absolutely massive dramatic chase between all of them.

"Someone gets thrown down a lift shaft and unfortunately, it could be either a baddie or a goodie."

Despite having killed Calvin - the father of her baby daughter Angel - Jorgie believes her 'Hollyoaks' alter-ego is a good girl deep down, but she will live with the guilt of her crime until she is eventually punished.

She added: "Theresa isn't a murderer at heart and she's always wanted to tell people - particularly Ethan - the truth. They fell for each other quite quickly and she really wants to come clean but she knows she'll be getting herself into a tricky situation. It's always going to be in the back of her mind.

"She obviously didn't mean to frame an innocent man and put him in prison for a crime he never committed, but she's never going to get away from it. It's going to be hanging over her head until she is eventually punished for it."
