Kimberley Walsh's live TV terror

Kimberley Walsh is terrified about presenting live from the BAFTA Awards this Sunday (13.02.11).

The Girls Aloud singer - who will be interviewing stars on the red carpet alongside T4 host Steve Jones - admitted she is particularly worried about the technological aspect of her presenting duties, as she has never even worn an ear piece before.

She explained: "I'm presenting from the red carpet this weekend for the E! channel at the BAFTAs with Steve Jones. This is the first proper live thing I've done so I'm a little bit nervous.

"Steve's a pro so he'll have to guide me through it. I've never worn one of those ear pieces before, so who knows if I'll go to the breaks at the right time and all that."

Kimberley - who has also hosted music chatshow 'Suck My Pop' as well as covering the 2009 'X Factor' final from winner Joe McElderry's hometown South Shields - explained she is feeling the pressure of 70 million people potentially watching her every move.

Speaking to Chris Moyles' Radio 1 Breakfast Show, she added: "It's going out all over Europe and all over America, too. There are going to be like 70 million people watching, it's ridiculous.

"Steve's going to have to look after me on this one. I do really enjoy presenting and it's really fun, but there's a lot of pressure there."
