A British pub counts a horse as one of its regular customers.
Basil the Welsh Cob stallion likes nothing more than a "nice, quiet pint" every Sunday at the bar of the Meynell Ingram Arms in Staffordshire - and has been going there every week for years.
The nine-hand beast stands with punters inside the establishment as he guzzles his favourite tipple of locally brewed Marson's Pedigree ale.
Manager Guy Wallis said: "It doesn't seem strange having him in the pub, because he's like one of the regulars, he just pokes his head round the door and comes in and has a drink, just like everyone else."
"If he's lucky we'll give him some vegetables to go with his pint."
