Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have agreed a divorce settlement.
The troubled actor - who filed for divorce in November - has agreed to pay the real estate agent $55,000 a month in child support for their 22-month-old twins Bob and Max, a lump sum of $757,698.70 and $1 million for her share of the family home, which the 'Two and a Half Men' star will keep.
Charlie - who also has a 26-year-old daughter Cassandra from a previous relationship with Paula Profit and Sam, six, and Lola, five, with ex-wife Denise Richards - and Brooke will get joint custody of the twins, though Brooke will get primary physical custody.
According to gossip website TMZ, the settlement details state: "Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."
Under Californian law, a divorce decree isn't granted until six months after papers are filed, meaning it will not be complete until May 2.
Charlie and Brooke - who married on May 30, 200 - have been estranged since a domestic incident on Christmas Day 2009 (25.12.09).
The 45-year-old star is currently receiving rehab treatment at home after seeking help when he was taken to hospital following a 36-hour drink and drugs binge.
