Britney Spears wants movie with Hangover director

Britney Spears would love to work on a movie with directors Todd Phillips or Judd Apatow.

The pop star - who made her movie debut in 'Crossroads' in 2002 - has revealed she is a big fan of both filmmakers, who are renowned for their comedy projects, and would love to appear in one of their films.

Writing on twitter, she said: "I love to act and would love to be in a Todd Philips or Judd Apatow movie. [sic]"

Todd is currently working on the sequel to his 2009 comedy 'The Hangover' while Judd has a number of projects including 'Bridesmaids' and 'Wanderlust' coming up.

Although 'Crossroads' was her only movie role so far, Britney, 29, has appeared on the small screen in 'How I Met Your Mother', 'Will and Grace' and most recently 'Glee' in a Britney themed episode.

While she is hoping to break into acting, Britney - who is currently dating her former agent Jason Trewick and has two sons, Sean Preston, five, and four-year-old Jayden James, with ex-husband Kevin Federline - is now concentrating on her seventh album titled 'Femme Fatale', her first release in almost three years.
