Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman have agreed a divorce settlement.
The former couple - who announced their separation in October after almost five years of marriage - have agreed to share custody of their three-year-old son Max, though documents filed in court by the 30-year-old singer's lawyer on Wednesday (09.02.11) do not specify the specific terms of their care agreement.
According to gossip website TMZ, Christina and Jordan, 33, have divided their assets according to their prenuptial agreement, but the music executive will also receive "something extra" from the 'Burlesque' star.
It has also been reported that Jordan - who filed papers earlier this week saying he didn't contest the divorce petition - has finally moved out of the couple's marital home, where the singer's current boyfriend Matt Rutler has also been residing.
Christina and Jordan's divorce will be finalised on April 15, six months after the 'Dirrty' hitmaker first filed her petition to end their union.
The blonde beauty recently spoke about how she felt "torn" about ending her marriage because she worried about the impact it would have on family life.
She said: "Things were so unhealthy and unhappy for both Jordan and me, I knew I had to end it. I really didn't want to hurt Jordan, and I felt torn about splitting our family up."
