'Comedy' Dave Vitty doesn't care what judges Emma Bunton and Jason Gardiner think of him.
The DJ - who is BBC Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles' sidekick - was voted off the ITV1 show last night (13.02.11) by the two judges after he and professional skater Frankie Poultney had to take part in the skate off, but he only values the opinion of champion skater Robin Cousins, who chose to save him over rival Kerry Katona.
He explained: "The vote of confidence from Robin meant so much because obviously he's the only one on the panel who is a skater and he gave me the best marks and week upon week has been constructive and supportive. The other two go on performance, it wasn't to be, it wasn't my night."
Dave also thinks he could have improved his skating performance if he had more time on the show.
He added in an interview on 'This Morning': "I would have liked to improve. For me the template is how Jeff Brazier is doing. I think there was a time when myself and Jeff were at similar levels and the last couple of weeks he has really, really upped his game and he's a different skater now. I think if there was one person I would have liked to emulate or keep up with it would have been him.
"It had to end at some point didn't it? I've had such a good time though and it would have been nice to have carried on a little bit longer but we've had a laugh."
